Remote work refers to a work arrangement where the employee performs their duties outside of the company’s primary office location, typically from home or another approved location.
The employee agrees to work [e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday] unless otherwise arranged with the employer. Flexibility may be allowed depending on job nature and team needs.
The company may provide necessary hardware and software. The employee is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and a secure working environment.
All work-related data and documents must be handled with confidentiality. The employee shall not share sensitive information with unauthorized parties.
Regular progress reports and attendance tracking may be required. The employee agrees to meet performance expectations and deadlines as defined by their supervisor.
The employee must remain reachable via email, messaging tools, or video conferencing during working hours. If unavailable, prior notice must be given.
